Hi Friends!The story below is not new BUT it definitely is a good reminder to how we should look at life!

THE DONKEY ATTITUDE

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well.The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.
2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.
3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less

Ah Beng, you want peanuts??

Ah Beng is a bus driver; one day got this old folks home 'pao' his bus for a day trip to Pulau Ketam.

Sitting right behind the driver's seat is Grandma Sue and from his rear mirror Ah Beng can see that Grandma Sue is happily munching away...

In the middle of the road trip, Grandma Sue tapped Ah Beng on his shoulder and asked him...

Grandma: 'Ah Beng ah! You want peanuts boh? Grandma treat you eat peanut ai mai?'
Ah Beng: 'Tenkiu ah ma... yes I want!'

Then Ah Beng also happy happy munching peanuts... about 20 minutes down the road, Grandma Sue asked Ah Beng again...

Grandma: 'Ah Beng ah! You want peanuts boh? Grandma treat you eat peanut ai mai?'
Ah Beng: 'Tenkiu ah ma ... yes I want!'

To make the story short, this goes on for a few more times then Ah Beng finally asks Grandma Sue...

Ah Beng: 'Ah ma ah .! ... you dont eat peanuts one meh?'
Grandma: 'No... no eat! Ah ma boh teeth la!'
Ah Beng: 'Aiks! Boh teeth then why ah ma buy peanuts leh?' Grandma: 'No choice leh! Just now that 7-Eleven is out of chocolate so ah ma kena buy this peanut chocolate lor! Ah ma lick the chocolate around the peanut and the peanut give you eat lor!'

HUMAN is COMPLICATED

Lately...i had been thinking a lotz...arh..arh...feel like my brain is gonna explode pretty soon... so many things chucked into my tiny brain...i have no idea how long i would be able to hold on to.. but definitely...i am suffering now....why?? why human life is so complicated and disasterious?? no single answer for it...or perhaps i should put it this way... there are many many different answers to it...whether it is correct or wrong...no one knows...

One thing for sure... Human life is indeed COMPLICATED!!!! These are few elements that crossed my mind....career, money, relationship, opportunity and many more which are not listed here...each individual will have different elements affecting their life.. so do I.

Career?...
When is the last time u think about your career? I guess these is what will happen to most of us..
After you graduated from High School..be it Form 5 or Form 6 or Matriculation... you will choose a course(diploma/degree) based on what you want to work as in future... in short your ambition...this is the time when u scratch your head on deciding what course you gonna opt for....you will ask lots of friends around you for advices... and here come the scariest part... YOUR PARENTS DECIDE EVERYTHING FOR U....*I already passed this stage....my advices...choose the course based on your interests...what you want to be in future..

After you graduated from College/ University... you will look for your official first job... sending out lots of applications and attending interviews... your concern will be... how is my English? My communication skills? My attire? What are they gonna ask me ? How much expected salary? and many many more....

You have a stable job with a proper income...you will jump to another company that provided you with a higher pay, better beneficts and better career advancement...

Money?...
Human always say.."MONEY NOT ENOUGH".....i totally agreed with this....money is just like a drug...can't live without it...a must for everyone in order to survive in this world... we use money everyday....spend on foods, drinks, transportations (fuel, train, bus), shoppings, entertainments and many many more...there go all the money but where come all the money for u to spend? so everyday human will think about how to earn more money? where they can earn fast penny? Now, you can see...the importants of money and undeniable fact: Human can't live without MONEY... here come the stress to all the human in order to survive in this materialistic world...

I know, someone of you might have think of this, "Why I am not born in a whealthy family?" or "Why he/she can buy so many branded stuffs?" or "Wow! he/she is so rich..drive a big car... and why not me?" That's is nothing wrong if u envy them... i did have this kind of feeling as well... it is a human nature... it can be a positive driving force to push you to work hard for a better standard of living and you can be just like them one day.... and you can see that your effort worth it when it bears fruits...

Relationship?...
There are no concrete form of relationship...it can come in many forms...depending on the what type of connections the relationship refers to...family? friend? lover?...and so on...

Friend?...
Best friends? Do you really believe that they are your best friends? Vise versa, do u really think that they treat u as their best friends or buddies? YES..some of you may answer YES.....what about NO...of course some may choose NO... no exact answer for that... depends on everyone circumstances and who are you dealing with...i had some cases, which happend around my friends....they were good friends when they are small and became enermy during college time just because of small misunderstanding...so there are a lots of things which are not forever and it will change with time...so what make me think about this and raise up this issue? Here is something to share with you guys....do you ever hear abt this "There is NO TRUE FRIENDSHIP in this world "...i do not know how true is this statement and i am sure not everyone agree with it...but i choose to believe it, does not mean i am agree with it... everyone is using each other for some beneficts....lets recall... ' Ed, can you accompany me to KLCC?' this incated you are using him as your companion since you will be alone shopping... 'Lee, can I borrow your lab report?' this indicated you will copy your friend lab report *not everyone will copy..hehe* others example i leave it to you guys...try to recall it..it is very funny when recall anything you had done during your school time...i bet lots of example will be coming out... !!!p/s: No hard feeling to anyone of you who read this, i never refer it to anyone and not judging anyone of you, this is just a piece of writing on how i feel...

Recently..i had been very moody coz i quarreled with a friend. I still can't believe that we quarreled just become of a small misunderstanding....this make me feel that human thinking is very complicated...let say there is an issue happened, everyone will have their own point of views...some may think about it in a very simple way, some may think it in a complicated way..and worst..some only think inside the box but not out of it... When i am quarrel with my friend, A there is a third party, B around when I quarreled with A, ...and B observed and suggested that the problem is not me but A.... all this while i thought that it is my fault and i should appologize...but according to B, A is too narrow-minded...he only think inside the box which is himself but not others...Now you can see...Human is complicated... so that is a need of the existance of Psychology..


Lover?...
This is an interesting part to most of you...but i would not disclose anything...i am just writing based on what i felt and observed around all this while... In order for a relationship to start, both parties must agree to commit to each other... this is same to the fact, clapping both of your hands only it will sound.... when a relationship starts, both parties need to put lots of endless efforts to maintain it...is TWO parties, not ONE....this is same like in order for a fire to continue burning, you must refill the oil constantly..

Apart from that, communication between both are utmost important....sharing everything in your life....hapiness...sadness...problems...solutions..decisions with your love one... Do not SILLENCE and IGNORE your love one....SHARE with them your everythings....
Lastly....letting go is the solution rather than dragging it... if you feel that he/she is your soul mate, holding on it or letting it go....if you can't deliver it...


Opportunity?...
In our life, there are lots of opportunities come and go... all you need to do is aim for the target you want and go for it....but learn to say NO if you had tried and failed... you may try it again and failed, learn to give up as this is not something belongs to you and try to opt for other opportunities....

Actually, my new bag is my new year present....i collected it from Edmund in KLCC today... why is it now only i collect it? Well, simple reason...today Edmund is off and i am available to meet him up to collect it...hehe....

Today, Leo, Pey Shing and I went to KLCC together...it is a coincident.... Edmund and I agreed to meet up at KLCC by 1pm.... Leo went to his college to meet his lecturer and finished around 12.30pm and he dated Pey Shing (a girl we befriended during MAS interview) to go KLCC. Since all of us heading to the same direction at the same time...why not we go there together then...

At KLCC, we had our lunch at food court and heading to Kinokuniya...then See Mun came and join us afterward...See mun...i am so happy to see u today...haha...been quite some time never see u... she looked very healthy to me today...but deep inside...she was sick actually... she complainted that her mouth feel bitter coz of the medicine, so I had to bring this siu mui mui to buy ice cream....heading back to Kinokuniya after that, See Mun and I looked at some of the cookery and bakery books...omg...both of us like monkeys...flipped the books and talked non-stop about how nice the foods shown in the books....*herbal chicken soup* .... *fried chicken..* all about chicken chicken chicken....haha....

See Mun suggested to bring us to dinner at Taman Paramount...All of us left KLCC at 4.30pm and heading to Taman Bahagia to wait for Miao for dinner... Once reached Taman Bahagia, the Cendol stall still open, so all of us heading for a cendol while waiting for Miao...then heading to Taman Paramout for dinner after Miao arrived... The food that See Mun brought us to eat is a hawker stall by the roadside that sold variaty of chinese soups. After eat...balik rumah masing masing....Pey Shing and I take train back to Wangsa Maju... @#$%^*&^ the train packed like sardine..since everyone heading home after work...

2nd Chinese New Year Shopping

During my shopping in 1U previously, i got a sms from Padini...

"Gretting fr Padini! Padini Group CNY Pre-Sales 4 PMC members 5-9/1/09. 20% off normal price n value buy items & 50% off selected items. Happy shopping!"

After i read it, i was so happy....because i like Seed shirts very much, the cutting is suitable for my figure...but the price is expensive as usual....so i decided to go to Padini Concept store in Pavilion to see what i can get from there...but when? who can accompany me?

Back at home that night after shopping in 1U, my friend, Heng who came back from Australia... messaged me in MSN, asking me to go out on the next day...so i promised him to meet him at Pavilion at 2pm..

Both of us meet each other at the main entrance of Pavilion...then proceeded to Padini Concept store....managed to get a shirt from Seed from my twin brother and a shirt from Padini for myself...then we went to the Parkson Kids section.....to my surprise...my friend wanted to buy kids shirt for himself......omg.....i got a shock of my life....now only i know....i can fit into kids wear with the bigger size...not only that, the design even more attractive and nicer than adult shirts...now you know adult might fit into kids wear as well...provided there are sizes that fit into your figure...haha....dear friends....you might opt for this option as well when you go to shopping next time...

I managed to get another 2 t-shirts from Giordano for my brother and myself....Initially planned to get only one, which costed RM39....but the promotion stated buy 2 for RM60... arh..arh...

Finally, my friend bought a shirt.... from Guess Kids.....haha....unbelievable...i can't believe that my friend really wear a kids shirt...well....my friend was small in size and thin.... According to him, "Nobody will know i am wearing a kids wear since i am an adult and it fitted into me"

My first shopping for CNY clothes

Chinese new year is around the corner... and the Malaysian Saving Sales is about to end... plus looking at some of my friends shoopings...even some had done their shoppings...as for me...i am still nothing...not yet start my shoppings.... being thinking about when and where to shop for sometimes... decided just to get 2 t-shirts for myself, 1 t-shirts for my twin brother and a shirt for my father.... why am i so good to buy shirts for my father and twin brother? Hmm... here the story behind it... when i was small...i used to think that KL is somewhere very big and great.. you can get anything you want....and the shirts and pants in Perlis are just....normal...so my sister studied in KL and work after that...she used to buy shirts for all of us for CNY.... so when I was studying in KL, i just follow what my sister did... buy some clothes for them... you know it is a little hurt when you buy something that not belongs to you with your money.. i know, some of you might not agree with me...but that is what i felt.... but that still not the end of the story... i learned something which is more valuable...it is a paid off.... you can see how happy they are on their faces.... happiness and prosperities in the family....it is worth...with just this tiny amount of money....don't misunderstand...am not saying that hapiness can be bought with money...but our kindness, willingness and generous can bear fruits, which bring hapiness to everyone...

On 3rd January 2009, Jason and I went for shopping at 1U....i woke up at 10 somethings... watched The Gem of Life episode 52...took a bath...prepare myself and wait for Jason to fetch me from home.....he was LATE!!!!! he supposted to reach my home by 12noon but he reached at 12.45pm ....well...that's forgiveable... he stayed in Kajang and come all the way to fetch me in Wangsa Melawati....should be caused by the JAMMED ALL THE TIME MRR2 ..Thanks for fetching me from home anyway...*Hugzzz*

In the car...we decided to go for a lunch...Jason suggested to eat Dim Sum at his friends restaurant... for god sake..he had been telling me how nice the foods there for numurious time and yet...i never been there before... so what's now? Let get there and try it out!!! Reached ss2 at 1.30pm.... the restaurant name was Dragon One, located at the same row of Restaurant Murni... guess everyone know whereabout...this is a chinese restaurant...and of course they serve chinese food...look at the picture below...you will know what the food we ate....

Can you imagine it? Only two of us eat so many...plus the boss gave us free Durian Pancake.. my friend don't eat Durian, so i had to put all in my stomach....i bet would want to eat the Durian pancake..hehe...so delicious...bill time....RM40.40......drinks were free!!!

After the marvelous lunch, the time on my watch was 3.30pm..... gosh...we had been dining for so long....so we rushed to 1U for shopping...had been walking from old wing (every floor) to new wong (every floor)....the results.....I got myself a Pull & Bear t-shirt (RM59.90) and Jason could not get anything for himself...pity him...well...all the shirts he picked, i rejected...haha... because he is too thin...it just can't fit into him when he tried it out...i knew you like them Jason, but... it just can't suit into you....

First Time Facial Treatment!!!

Really unbelieveable... i still can't believe that i went through it...the first ever facial treatment in my life...All this while, i only think that facial treatment is something needed by ladies but not the boys...plus it is something kinda costly as well..not everyone afforable for it...for those who tried it before, you know what i mean.. it totally changed my mindset regarding to facial thingy...i had a better understanding about the pros and importants of facial treatment to human face(male+female)...

The treatment i went for is Peel & Lift...basically, start with cleansing the face with facial cream.....then come to scrub....Now, this is the part that you will feel immerse itchy, removing the dead skin from your face....a layer of serum will be spread on your face for 9 minutes.. the more dead skin you have, the more suffer u will feel...itchy itchy itchy..wakaka...thanks god, i dun feel much suffer...guess i dun have much dead skins....Next...removal of black heads, pores and any impurities from the face...the beautician said it will be painful for first time comer... well...i felt it is not that painful as what they said....however, certain part of the face will feel the pain escpecially the nose...i can see my fren facial expression and scream...omg...is it really that pain? Lastly...it would be mask....a layer of serum was applied to my face...followed by massage... kinda comfortable and then another layer of mask on it...done.....then i was left there in the room for 30 minutes..i guess...then the mask was peeled of my face.... this time really the last.. moisturiser on my face... thanks god, finally i can wake up from the bed...

The feedback of my skin...my skin type is oily skin....my skin problems... i got dry/ dehydrated skin....so i need use use moisturuiser everyday...next i got some black spot...not a serious problems. Well, my treatment cost me RM88 (First time comer got 50% disc) i bought a moisturiser which cost me RM 160.....might get a toner and cream cleanser by next week.. gonna cost me rm 200++

What I do at home today?

Believe it or not...2nd January 2009 is gonna end very soon... and i had been staying inside the house from morning until now...hmmm...what i do at home today? Well, i wake up at 12noon....as i sleep at 5am yesterday....so i guess it is resonable for me to stay up so late...hehe...next thing i remember was I had been facing my laptop for whole day until now...pity my poor little mouse, had been molested unwillingly and never forget the keypad as well, being hitted innocently... sorry dudes.. i will remember your sacrifices...hehe....okay...now back to the tasks of the day...

Task 1

Watching the HK Drama Series, The Gem of Life episode 49, 50 and 51...the stories is getting hotter and exciting...plus cunning as well...i jz love it and can't wait for the ending to come... guys, if you have time, please go and watch this drama..don't miss it!!

Chatting on the MSN and surfing on the net... whenever my laptop is ON, my MSN definitely will be online as well... some of you even questioned me before "Wow, you online whole day?" My replied "Yes i am"...haha....now let me clarify something, my laptop is always ON for 24/7 because I am downloading dramas and songs....so, my MSN will be online as well, but try to look at my status....Online/Busy means i am using the laptop, else Away means i am away from laptop...
